Lunch With God..!!..

A little boy wanted to meet God! He packed his suitcase with two sets of his dress and some packets of cakes! He started his journey, he walked a long distance and found a park! He was feeling tired, so, he decided to sit in the park and take some refreshment! He opened a packet of cake to eat! 

He noticed an old woman sitting nearby, sad with hunger, so he offered her a piece of cake! 

She gratefully accepted it with a wide look and smiled at him! Her smile was so pretty that the boy longed to see it again! After sometime he offered her another piece of cake! Again, she accepted it and smiled at him! The boy was delighted! 

They sat there all afternoon eating and smiling, but never said a word! While it grew dark, the boy was frightened and he got up to leave but before he had gone more than a few steps, he ran back and gave the woman a hug and she kissed him with her prettiest smile! 

Back home, when the boy knocked the door, his mother was surprised by the look of joy on his face! 

She asked him, "What did 
you do today that makes you look so happy?" 

He replied, "I had lunch with God!" 

Before his mother could respond, he added, "You know what? She's got the most beautiful smile I've ever seen in my life!" 

Meanwhile, the old woman, also radiant with joy, returned to her home! Her son was stunned by the look of peace on her face and asked, "Mom, what did you do today that made you so happy?" 

She replied, "I ate cakes in the park with God!" 

Before her son responded, she added, "You know, he's much younger than I expected!" 

Too often we underestimate the power of; 
a touch, 
a smile, 
a kind word, 
a listening ear, 
an honest compliment, 
or 
the smallest act of caring, 
all of which have the potential to turn a life around..!!.. 

Remember, nobody knows how God will look like! 
People come into our lives for a reason, for a season or for a lifetime!

Accept all of them equally.. .. ..

.. .. ..LET THEM SEE GOD IN YOU..!!..

The Game Of Love..!!..

There are no playing fields, 
It isn't a board game. 
But who plays the game of Love
Will never be the same.

The Scorpion..!!..

"An old man saw a scorpion drowning and decided to pull it out from the water. He calmly extended his hand to reach the creature. When he did, the scorpion stung him. With the effect of the pain, the old man let go the creature and it fell back into the water. The man realizing that the scorpion was drowning again, got back and tried to rescue it but then again it stung him. He let go of it again.

A young boy standing by, approached the old man and said, "Excuse me Sir, you are going to hurt yourself trying to save the evil-vicious creature, why do you insist? Don't you realize that each time you try to help the scorpion, it stings you?"

The man replied, "The nature of the scorpion is to sting and mine is to help. My nature will not change in helping the scorpion."

So the man thought for a while and used a leaf from a nearby tree and pulled the scorpion out from the water and saved it's life.

MORAL LESSON:
Do not change your nature. If someone hurts you, just take precautions.Some pursue happiness while others create it. Let your conscience be your guide in whatever you do." 

The Suitcase..!!..

A man died, when he realized it, he saw God coming closer with a suitcase in his hand. 
- God said: Alright son its time to go. 
- surprised the man responded: Now? So soon? I had a lot of plans... 
- I'm sorry but its time to go. 
- What do you have in that suitcase? the man asked. 
- God answered: Your belongings. 
- My belongings? you mean my things, my clothes, my money? 
-God answered: Those things were not yours they belonged to the earth. 
- Is it my memories? the man asked. 
-God answered: those never belonged to you they belonged to Time 
- Is it my talents? 
-God answered: those were never yours they belonged to the circumstances. 
- Is it my friends and family? 
-God answered: I'm sorry they were never yours they belonged to the path. 
- Is it my wife and son? 
- God answered: They were never yours the belonged to your heart. 
- Is it my body? 
- God answered: that was never yours it belonged to the dust. 
-Is it my soul? 
God answered: No that is mine. 
Full of fear, the man took the suitcase from god and opened it just to find out the suitcase was empty. 
- With a tear coming down his cheek the man said: I never had anything??? 
-God answered: that is correct, every moment you lived were only yours. Life is just a moment. a moment that belongs to you. For this reason enjoy this time while you have it. Don't let anything that you think you own stop you from doing so. 
-Live Now 
-Live your life 
- Don't forget to be happy, that is the only thing that matters. 
- Material things and everything else that you fought for stay here. 
-YOU CAN'T TAKE ANYTHING

She will cry and get over it, she will hate you 
and then love you again but, one day 
she will leave and won’t come back to you. 
Stop taking her love for granted. 
Appreciate what she does for you,

They hurt her though sometimes she doesn’t tell you, 
She cries in the deep nights 
because her love & care isn’t valued 
and returned. She has wounds at heart

Fine she sees many classy guys out there, 
they vibe her but she never gives in 
because she is contented with YOU. 

Guys,
stop making that beautiful girl of yours cry, 
shower her with love, don’t make her lack 
and cease disrespecting her.
If you still have that chance of proving your love to her, 
please use it because one day 
she will be out of your life 
and that’s 
when you will realize what she meant to your life, 
you will miss her effort, love and care 
and she will be no more. 
She will be with that 
other innocent, loving, caring, patient,

Presence of mind..!!..

In a shop a man asked for 1/2 kg of butter. 
The salesperson, a young boy, said that only 1kg packs were available in the shop, but the man insisted on buying only 1/2 kg. 
So the boy went inside to the manager's room and said "An idiot outside wants to buy only 1/2 kg of butter". 
To his surprise, the customer was standing right behind him..!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 
So the boy added immediately, "And this gentleman wants to buy the other half!!!!!!". 
After the customer left, the manager said "You have saved your position by being clever enough at the right time. Where do you come from?" 
To this the boy said, "I come from Brazil. The place consists of only prostitutes and football players!!!!!" 
The manager replied coldly, "My wife is also from Brazil ". 
To this the boy asked excitedly, "Oh yeah? Which team does she plays for?" 
Presence of mind helps, Never Panic....!!!" That way, you can tackle all situations!

Faith..!!..

“But the thing is, it’s hard to let go of that fairy tale entirely, because almost everyone has that smallest bit of faith and hope that one day they would open their eyes and it would all come true. At the end of the day, faith is a funny thing. It turns up when you don’t really expect it. It’s like one day you realize that the fairy tale is slightly different than your dream. The castle, well it may not be a castle. And it’s not so important that it’s happily ever after just that it’s happy right now. See, once in a while, once in a blue moon, people will surprise you. And once in awhile, people may even take your breath away.”

Building Bridges

Once upon a time two brothers who lived on adjoining farms fell into conflict. It was the first serious rift in 40 years of farming side by side, sharing machinery, and trading labor and goods as needed without a hitch. 

Then the long collaboration fell apart. It began with a small misunderstanding and it grew into a major difference, and finally it exploded into an exchange of bitter words followed by weeks of silence. 

One morning there was a knock on elder brother's door. He opened it to find a man with a carpenter's toolbox. "I'm looking for a few days work," he said. 

"Perhaps you would have a few small jobs here and there. Could I help you?" 

"Yes," said the older brother. "I do have a job for you. Look across the creek at that farm. That's my neighbor, in fact, it's my younger brother. Last week there was a meadow between us and he took his bulldozer to the river levee and now there is a creek between us. Well, he may have done this to spite me, but I'll go him one better. See that pile of lumber curing by the barn? I want you to build me a fence - an 8-foot fence - so I won't need to see his place anymore. Cool him down, anyhow." 

The carpenter said, "I think I understand the situation. Show me the nails and the post-hole digger and I'll be able to do a job that pleases you." 

The older brother had to go to town for supplies, so he helped the carpenter get the materials ready and then he was off for the day. 

The carpenter worked hard all that day measuring, sawing, nailing. 

About sunset when the farmer returned, the carpenter had just finished his job. The farmer's eyes opened wide, his jaw dropped. 

There was no fence there at all. It was a bridge... a bridge stretching from one side of the creek to the other! A fine piece of work handrails and all - and the neighbor, his younger brother, was coming across, his hand outstretched. 

"You are quite a fellow to build this bridge after all I've said and done." 

The two brothers stood at each end of the bridge, and then they met in the middle, taking each other's hand. They turned to see the carpenter hoist his toolbox on his shoulder. "No, wait! Stay a few days. I've a lot of other projects for you," said the older brother. 

"I'd love to stay on," the carpenter said, "but, I have many more bridges to build."....

WHEN A LIZARD CAN, WHY CAN'T WE?

This is I'm told a true story that happened in Japan. 
In order to renovate the house, someone in Japan breaks open the wall. 
Japanese houses normally have a hollow space between the wooden walls. 
When tearing down the walls, he found that there was a lizard stuck there because a nail from outside hammered into one of it's feet. 
He sees this, feels pity, and at the same time curious, as when he checked the nail, 
it was nailed 5 years ago when the house was first built !!! 
What happened? 
The lizard has survived in such position for 5 years!!!!!!!!!! 
In a dark wall partition for 5 years without moving, it is impossible and mind-boggling. 
Then he wondered how this lizard survived for 5 years! without moving a single step--since it's foot was nailed! 
So he stopped his work and observed the lizard, what it has been doing, and what and how it has been eating. 
Later, not knowing from where it came, appears another lizard, with food in it's mouth. 
Ah! He was stunned and touched deeply. 
For the lizard that was stuck by nail, another lizard has been feeding it for the past 5 years...
Imagine? it has been doing that untiringly for 5 long years, without giving up hope on it's partner. 
Imagine what a small creature can do that a creature blessed with a brilliant mind can't. 
Please never abandon your loved ones 
Never Say you're Busy When They Really Need You ... 
You May Have The Entire World At Your Feet..... 
But You Might Be The Only World To Them.... 
A Moment of negligence might break the very heart which loved you against all odds.. 
Before you say something just remember..it takes a moment to Break but an entire lifetime to make... 

Sometimes..!!...

Sometimes you have to be strong when you feel like giving up, you have to fight when you just want to run away.Sometimes it's all you can do just to keep going, and sometimes you just have to let the bridge break. Let the tears flow and start over.Remember, no matter how bad things are at any one moment, no moment lasts. Good or bad, time moves on because it has to and at some point so do you.

6. Often when we lose hope and think this is the end, GOD smiles from above and says, "Relax, sweetheart, it's just a bend, not the end! 

7. When GOD solves your problems, you have faith in HIS abilities; when GOD doesn't solve your problems HE has faith in your abilities. 

8. A blind person asked a priest: "Can there be anything worse than losing eye sight?" He replied: "Yes, losing your vision!"... 

9. When you pray for others, God listens to you and blesses them, and sometimes, when you are safe and happy, remember that someone has prayed for you. 

10. WORRYING does not take away tomorrow's TROUBLES, it takes away today's PEACE...!!!... 

ThE LaSt LoVe

She looked beautiful. He thought as he stared at those peacefully sleeping eyes like those of a baby, knowing nothing of what is going on in this world. His thoughts wandered to those good old days when he and his love used to spend endless nights talking over the phone, used to argue on stupid topics like who used to love more and used to end up falling more deeply in love with each other. In fact, he still falls deeply, madly and purely in love with her when he sees those brown eyes looking curiously at everything. 

She turned towards him and looked at him. A tear trickled down his cheeks silently as he saw her surrounded with so many instruments and struggling for life. "You will be fine soon Pakhi." He called her Pakhi with love. Her eyes believed that. She felt safe. She felt protected. She felt complete again. She slowly closed her eyes as he placed his token of love on her forehead. It was her last day of life and he wanted to make it special.He slowly started recalling those old memories and whispered her to sleep. 

He knew he had kept his promise of loving her till her last breathe and there he was, sitting right next to her dead ladylove with the burning hope of getting to see and love her again..!!!... 

The Boiling Frog..!!..

Human Beings and frogs are the two creatures in nature who have tremendous power to adjust. 

Put a frog in a vessel of water and start heating the water. As the temperature of the water rises, the frog is able to adjust its body temperature accordingly. The frog keeps on adjusting with increase in temperature. Just when the water is about to reach boiling point, the frog is not able to adjust anymore. At that point the frog decides to jump out. 

The frog tries to jump but is unable to do so, because it lost all its strength in adjusting with the water temperature. Very soon the frog dies. 

What killed the frog? 

Many of us would say the boiling water. But the truth is what killed the frog was its own inability to decide when it had to jump out. 

We all need to adjust with people and situations, but we need to be sure when we need to adjust and when we need to face.There are times when we need to face the situation and take the appropriate action. If we allow people to exploit us physically, emotionally or financially, they will continue to do so. We have to decide when to jump. 

Let us jump while we still have the strength..!!..
